About

Fat transfer to hands involves liposuction and moving areas of fat from problem spots on your body (like your thighs or abdomen) to your hands. The goal is to help restore the tissue that so naturally depletes from your hands and create a more sculpted, natural look. As you age, the skin on your hands gets a bit looser and begins to show wrinkles. This process can help to create some filling under that skin, giving it the more youthful appearance it once had.

First, the filler behind this procedure is taken from your own body, so there’s very little chance that you might be allergic to it. More than that, though, you can expect the results to be nearly permanent. This procedure is incredibly simple. It’s often done under a local anaesthetic, and removing the fat takes under a half hour. We’ll need just about another half hour to inject the fat, and you’ll be out of the office and home just a few hours after the procedure begins. Within a week, you’ll be out and about, ready to resume your normal activities.
